Central Mississippi Planning and Development District (CMPDD) is so excited that Lincoln County School District has been awarded a career coach for the 2024-25 school year. We believe that the career coach will be an invaluable asset to our students, offering support with internships, job shadowing opportunities, industry tours, CCR classes, and much more.

To make the hiring process as seamless as possible, CMPDD manages the initial recruitment. Here’s a summary of the process:

  1. Job Posting: The job opening will be listed on Indeed.com for two weeks.
  2. Resume Review: After the posting period, we will forward all received resumes for review.
  3. Interview Coordination: Once the top candidates are chosen, we will then coordinate a date for the interviews. The district will contact the candidates and schedule all interviews, at the location of the school district’s choosing.
  4. Interview Panel: The panel will have a set of interview questions.
  5. Final Selection: The panel will then make their decision and (CMPDD) will contact the candidate with an offer of employment.
