Seventeen MS Scholar students from Enterprise received a total of almost $10,000 in scholoarships at the MS Scholars Banquet Tuesday, April 30th. Scholar students include:

Six Competitors Six Winners

Enterprise FBLA recently competed at the State Convention held in Jackson, Mississippi. For the first time in 18 years, Enterprise competed in six categories and placed in all categories. First and second place students are eligible to compete at the FBLA National Leadership Conference this summer in Anaheim, California.

Farm Bureau

The winners of this year’s
Lincoln County Farm Bureau®Ag in the Classroom® Coloring Contest are 1st place – Evan Brumfield, 2nd place – Ellie Davis, 3rd place – Lane Hoover. Each student was awarded a congratulatory ribbon and a small gift. The 1st place farm scene colored by Evan Brumfield will be judged on the state level. Pictured with the winners are Rebecca Bates, Women’s Chairman for Lincoln County Farm Bureau®; Rhonda Scott, Lincoln County Farm Bureau® Membership Secretary; Carrie Brown and Lacie Smith, the students’ teachers at Enterprise Attendance Center.
Mississippi Ag in the Classroom® is a school-based program helping students in grades K – 12 learn about agriculture, the source of their food supply and the role of agriculture in society. This program is sponsored by Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation Women’s Committee.

New Orleans Bound

Enterprise’s high school robotics, along with other Lincoln County robotics teams, have been invited to attend the FIRST Robotics Competition in New Orleans to showcase our robots March 22 & 23! This is a great honor for our county schools!
1st Place in Service Project

Congratulations Sr. Beta on 1st place in Service Project.
Members of Senior Beta and Student Council visited Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital in December. Students in grades K-12 generously donated money, coloring books, crayons, games, and other fun items to the kids and even adopted a floor. Rainee Luper said, “It was a good experience and I enjoyed visiting with the children.”

Cheer tryout clinics will be February 14th and 15th and February 20th and 21st from 3:15 to 5:00 each day. TRYOUTS WILL BE FEBRYUARY 22nd FROM 3:30 UNTIL.
