Loyd Star School – Financial Secretary – 207 Day Position
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive and receipt funds from activity events or student clubs.
Manage petty cash for all athletic events.
Enter purchase into system in order to prepare a docket for the board meeting.
Print and mail checks after board meeting.
Assist Principal in building budget.
Verifies expenses are budgeted before entering purchase order into the system.
Order supplies for school offices, classrooms, and janitorial needs.
Create a monthly school calendar for students.
Prepare reports required for board meetings.
Answers phone and assist parents, vendors, or children as needed.
