Maintenance: Requesting Maintenance Support
VERY IMPORTANT! In order to request technical assistance, you will need to follow proper procedures or your request will either be delayed or unanswered. What is the procedure? See below:
1. Locate the eWorld Net Login button at the top navigational menu of this web page. Click the button and it should give you a login prompt.
2. Login using your eWorld account. This account will be the exact same account as you use to login to DBabble IMessenger.
3. Once logged in, locate the District Maintenance section and create a new incident ticket, then follow the simple, onscreen instructions.
The Maintenance Incident Reporting System can be accessed on any computer with an internet connection. If your office workstation is down, go to another workstation with internet access and submit your request.
