Central Office Departments

The Central Office of Lincoln County School District hosts multiple departments available for services offered throughout the district’s K-12 educational system. Each office is comprised of coordinators and staff members to ensure the quality and distribution of services and instruction for Lincoln County School District.

Our business hours are weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Academic Education

Provides curriculum support for district classroom teachers, analyzes and prepares courses for state testing and college prep.

Federal Programs

Instructs the Title and Special Services programs in the district that are managed under federal funding.

Business Office & Personnel

Extends payroll, accounts payable and personnel services to the employees of the district.

Insurance Services

Provides information for health insurance coverage for employees of the district.

Fixed Asset Management

Manages the district’s capital fixed asset database for all district-owned devices and structures.

Child Nutrition Program

Provides support for the school cafeterias, including lunch menus, free/reduced lunch registration and federal nutrition information.

 

Information Technology

Provides support for technology network infrastructure, including instructional technology equipment and online services.

District Maintenance

Handles the electrical, plumbing and hardware maintenance issues for the district.

Transportation Services

Provides district bus transportation support for students, bus turn-around registration, discipline referral and bus driver safety.

16th Section Land

Manages the use of the district’s 16th section land resources as directed by state legislature. Payments for rental leases can be made at the Central Office.

Vocational Programs

Provides career path information and vo-tech classes for students in Lincoln County School District.
