The Active Parent portal seamlessly integrates into our student management software from Central Access. This provides you, as a parent, with secure access to your child’s absentee reports and academic grades.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

In order to apply for an Active Parent account, you must be a legal parent/guardian of the child enrolled in Lincoln County School District. Lincoln County School District will not provide access to student data to unauthorized users.

1.) Download the registration form in PDF format: Click Here, or go to your school’s office to receive a registration form.

2.) Fill out the registration form with the required information. Please make sure that you follow instructions and print clearly. If we are unable to read the document or the form is not completed with required information, then the registration request will not be processed.

3.) Give the completed form to the school’s office or mail it to the following address:

HOW TO LOGIN

Please wait at least 10 school business days for your account to be generated. In some cases, this is done immediately when we receive the registration form, but may be delayed due to priorities beyond our control.

The following is how your account will be generated by our Technology Department:

Username: First initial, Last name, Last 4 digits of your SSN. So, if your name is John Doe with an SSN of 1234, then your account username will be “jdoe1234″.

Password: Your account password will be the word “password”. You will have the option to change this when you login. Please write this password down for future retrieval.

Username: jdoe1234
Password: password

** Substitute the above login information with your own credentials.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN LOGGING IN

Parents will be able to access attendance, daily grades, term grades and student scheduling.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

Did you receive an ActiveParent, but cannot login? We can reset the account password for you. Please contact our central office at 601-835-0011.

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY

The temporary password “password” should not be used to continue logging in. Please change your password by logging into Active Parent and clicking on your username at the top right of the page. From there, you can change account settings.
