DISTRICT – Long-time Loyd Star coach Jan Delaughter received recognition at Monday’s school board meeting when the board trustees unanimously approved to name Loyd Star’s softball field after Delaughter. In addition, they also approved to name Enterprise’s new baseball field after Terry Brister, the current superintendent of Lincoln County Schools. The field, which took two years to construct due to delays, replaces the old field that will soon be used for other venues.

Enterprise recently captured the District 2A Championship in Fast Pitch Softball (Coach Ashley Jones)  and Baseball (Coach Cass Brister). Pictured below are the two teams in uniform.
